Sprite editor with AI assist and Godot export

Sprite Sage combines editing, animation baking from GLB, and Godot 4 export. Very early but aimed squarely at indie pipelines.

Deep dive

spritesage is a sprite and animation workbench that keeps a project's look coherent: you guide it with project descriptions and reference images, then generate and edit with whichever configured model suits the job.

It continues from existing artwork instead of starting blank — import images, sprite sheets and image sequences — and the animation editor lets you reorder frames and set individual durations with live preview.

It ships as a desktop app with an Itch.io page for downloads and a releases page for builds, aimed at game teams that need consistent asset iteration.

Use cases

Bake 3D anims to sprites
